9:30-11am Membership/board meeting: Election of officers and business meeting

11am-12:30pm Lunch break on your own

12:30pm Rules meeting

4-5pm Social hour

4pm Silent auction opens

5pm Dinner

6:30pm Awards program

8:00pm Silent auction closes, raffle drawing completed and DJ and dance begin!

Please make arrangements for supervision of your children during the meetings. Childcare will not be provided and children cannot be in the hotel areas without supervision.

*Silent auction will be frozen during the awards ceremony.

Members are asked to bring at least 2 silent auction items per family.
