Room rates are $109 for a King with a sofa sleeper. Double room rate specials may be available after March 10th.

 

Members are asked to bring two items for the silent auction. Raffle tickets are also due by Saturday at 3pm.

12:30pm                    Rules meeting

4-5pm                        Social hour

4pm                           Silent auction opens

5pm                           Dinner

6:30pm                      Awards program

8:00pm                      Silent auction closes, raffle drawing completed and DJ and dance begin!

 

Please make arrangements for supervision of your children during the meetings.  Childcare will not be provided.

 

*Silent auction will be frozen during the awards ceremony.
